Randolph M. Richards :: MD

Board Certified Otolaryngologist Fellow of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery

Dr. Richards is the primary provider at Central Tennessee Ear, Nose & Throat. He performs all surgeries. Dr. Richards began his education at Vanderbilt University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree. He then earned his degree in medicine at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Richards completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the University of TN at Memphis in 1995.

Dr. Richards is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Richards was raised in Shelbyville, TN and practiced medicine in Murfreesboro and Memphis before relocating to Clarksville in 2001.

Cindy Kinsler-Foust HIS

Hearing Center Staff

Cindy graduated from Columbia State in 2007 with an Associate degree in Office Administration. She has been a member of our staff since June 2007 and obtained her Hearing Instrument Specialist license in 2010. She regularly participates in trainings to keep current on new technologies and hearing aid fittings, strategies and solutions.

Jason Mattern

PA-C

Jason completed his education at Southern Illinois University in 2002. He is a certified physician assistant. He has worked in several medical facilities including Central Tennessee Ear, Nose & Throat. Jason serves patients at both our Clarksville and Paris locations.

Cody W Krantz

PA-C

Cody completed his education at Trevecca Nazarene University in 2021. He is a certified physician assistant.
